Privacy Policy

This explains what Canine Compassion Collective collects when you use this website or the client portal, why we hold it, and how to get it removed. Plain language, no boilerplate.

What we collect

Only what you type in. We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell anything to anyone.

• When you enquire or book a session — your name, email address, phone number, your dog's name and breed, the service and slot you asked for, and anything you write in the notes.
• If you create a portal account — the above, plus your dogs' details, session history, training plans, messages with your trainer, session feedback, and any photos you upload.
• If you submit a review — your name, your dog's details, and what you wrote.
• Payments — handled entirely by Stripe. Card details never touch this website and we never see them.

Why we hold it

To arrange and deliver training, keep records of your dog's progress, contact you about your sessions, and run the client portal. That is all.

Who else can see it

We use a small number of service providers. Each only receives what it needs to do its job.

Cookies and local storage

No advertising or analytics cookies. If you sign in to the portal, your browser stores a login token so you are not asked for your password on every page. Signing out removes it.

How long we keep it

Client records are kept while you are a client and for a reasonable period afterwards, so your dog's history is available if you return. Enquiries that never become bookings are cleared out periodically. If you would like your records removed sooner, ask.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to:

• Tell you what we hold about you
• Correct anything that is wrong
• Delete your account and your records
• Send you a copy of your data

Email caninecompassioncollective@gmail.com and we will action it. Deleting your account removes your profile, dogs, messages and training plans. Records we are required to keep for tax or accounting reasons are retained for that purpose only.

Children

The portal is intended for adults. We do not knowingly create accounts for under-16s.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date above, and tell portal clients directly.
